Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: Advanced Wearable Footwear for Weight Imbalancement and Gait Analysis The present invention relates to an advanced wearable footwear system for real-time detection of weight imbalance and comprehensive gait analysis. The system comprises footwear or insoles embedded with a plurality of pressure sensors configured to measure plantar pressure distribution, along with an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for capturing motion dynamics. A microcontroller unit processes the acquired data to identify gait phases and compute parameters including weight distribution, stride length, and cadence. The processed information is transmitted via a wireless communication module to an external device, such as a mobile application, for visualization and analysis. The system may further integrate cloud-based platforms employing machine learning algorithms to detect abnormal gait patterns, predict injury risks, and provide personalized feedback. The invention enables continuous, non-invasive monitoring in real-world environments and is applicable in medical rehabilitation, sports performance optimization, and early detection of mobility-related disorders, including Parkinson's disease and diabetic neuropathy.
