Abstract: ABSTRACT “Advanced Torrefaction Reactor System with Gas Recirculation and Oxygen-Isolated Biomass Transfer” The present invention relates to an advanced torrefaction reactor system with gas recirculation and oxygen isolated biomass transfer. The advanced Torrefaction reactor system comprises; a feed mechanism, a torrefaction chamber, heat transfer system; gas recovery and reuse mechanism, cooling section, control system, and an emission control unit. The reactor employs indirect heating in an oxygen-deficient environment to produce energy-rich, hydrophobic biomass powder with improved combustion characteristics. It integrates volatile gas utilization for energy reuse and includes emission control units. The design supports continuous operation, modular scalability, and process automation, offering a clean and economically viable solution for biomass-to-energy applications.
