Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-arm surgical robotic system for tele-surgery, designed to enhance precision and collaboration in remote surgical procedures. The system includes multiple robotic arms, one equipped with an endoscopic camera and others with surgical instruments, controlled through a master controller. It features AI-assisted guidance, enabling real-time analysis of imaging data for precise decision-making. The local and remote surgeon consoles are equipped with input devices such as hand controllers, foot pedals, and a head tracking camera, facilitating synchronized control of the robotic arms. Real-time communication between surgeons is supported through a conferencing system, while an AI-based network quality monitoring system ensures optimal performance by adjusting video compression. Haptic feedback is provided to simulate tactile sensations, improving the tele-surgical experience and accuracy.
