Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of an advanced platform of bioinformatics and machine learning for predictive modeling in drug delivery using nanomedicine for cancer treatment. The platform incorporates multiple data types including omics data, molecular data, nanoparticle properties, drugs properties, and clinical data about the patient. The platform features a bioinformatics processing component that is responsible for data integration, normalization, feature selection, and biomarker detection. Machine learning components are used to evaluate complex interactions between nanoparticle properties, drug release profile, tumour properties, and treatment outcome. Predictive models are configured to predict the efficacy, toxicity, uptake, targeting, and required doses for treatment. A component for optimization helps to choose appropriate formulation of the nanoparticle and delivery parameters for a particular patient. FIG.1
