Abstract: An adjustable tools/ equipment holding device, comprising a curved-shaped body 101 constructed with multiple curved-shaped extendable plate 102, positioned at lower back portion of a user, a strap 103 secures body 101 around user’s waist portion, an imaging unit 104 determines dimensions of user’s waist portion, multiple motorized hinges 105 tilts plate 102 towards/ away, from each other, two inverted U-shaped member 106 arranged on free-end of member 106, a chamber 107 accommodate multiple tools and equipment over slot, a motorized clipper 201 acquires a grip on tools/ equipment to accommodate tools/ equipment within slot, a microphone 108 receives voice commands of user regarding retrieval of a specific tools/ equipment from slot, a robotic link 109 positions a motorized C-shaped clamp 110 in proximity to tool/ equipment for acquiring a grip over evaluated tool/ equipment, an inverted L-shaped telescopic bar 111 extends for positioning a horizontal panel 112 over surface.
