Abstract: An adjustable tape holding and management device comprises of a circular frame 101 engaged on inner periphery of a tape’s reel, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 determines dimensions of tape’s reel, an expandable pulley expands/contracts frame 101 for getting fixed on center portion of the reel, multiple section units acquires a grip on reel, a pair of extendable L-shaped rods 105 to extend/retract for positioning plate 106 t for providing stable support to reel over surface, a microphone 107 for receiving voice command of a user regarding required length of tape to be uncoiled, a L-shaped extendable link 108 extends for positioning U- shaped member 109 in proximity to end of tape, multiple motorized clippers 110 acquires grip on end of the tape for aiding the user to grip the length of tape, a motorized gripper 111 position a blade 112 integrated with gripper 111 to cut tape.
