Abstract: An adjustable seating assistive device for wheelchairs comprising a frame 101 having bodies 102 positioned over seat of a wheelchair, bodies 102 are connected with each other via a rod 103, an imaging unit 104 configured on the frame 101 for capturing images of surroundings, clamps 105 for gripping the backrest and armrest, a LiDAR sensor to detect dimensions of arms, an member is fabricated around each of bodies 102, an air compressor 110 installed on frame 101 to inflate inflatable member 106, an angle sensor embedded on frame 101 for detecting alignment of frame 101, pop-out balls 107 configured on bottom portion to rotate by correcting positioning of frame 101, a proximity sensor mounted on the frame 101 to detect presence of user’s arm, a telescopic link 108 configured on each of the bodies 102 to extend for positioning a U-shaped member 109 attached with the link 108.
