Abstract: An adjustable resting device comprising of a hollow rectangular frame 101 positioned on with a wall surface, configured with a rectangular plate 102 having a first and second section, motorized hinges 103 to provide angular movement to the sections, a L-shaped seating structure to allow the user to attain a seating posture for rest, a cushioned member 105, to provide comfort to the user while resting, a plurality of load cells 106 evenly to monitor weight distribution of the user over the member 105, plurality of inflatable units 107 to correct counter uneven weight distribution, plurality of Peltier units 108 equipped in the inflatable units 107, to generate heating/cooling effect, an imaging unit 109 to detect posture of the user, a vibrating unit 110 to generate vibrational sensation, a hot air blower 111 to blow hot air on the member 105, for eliminating moisture from the member 105.
