Abstract: An adjustable resting device, comprises of a base platform 101 with a plurality of cushioned padding elements 102 to provide a comfortable contact interface for a user during rest periods, an AI (artificial intelligence) enabled camera 110 to monitor the user positioning, a plurality of articulated panels 104 interconnected via motorized hinge joint 105 to provide controlled angular positioning and folding of the platform 101 in response to user preferences, a Peltier temperature regulation element and a temperature sensor to maintain a predetermined optimal temperature range to provide thermal comfort to the user, a plurality of moisture-absorbing patches embedded within the cushioned padding elements 102 to absorb perspiration from contact surfaces to reduce user discomfort and a motorized air circulation fan 106 coupled to an extendable bar 107 via a motorized ball-and-socket joint 108 to direct airflow across the platform 101 surface to provide cooling to the user.
