Abstract: An adjustable reinforcement bars locking device, comprising an elongated body 1 having a proximal end 2 and distal end 3, horizontal handle 4 that is accessed by a user for acquiring a grip on the body 1, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 5 for capturing multiple images in vicinity of the body 1 to determine positioning of rebar in proximity to the distal end 3, laser emitter 6 to project a beam of laser light in between the rebar for guiding the user to position the distal end 3 in proximity to the projected light, vertical bar 6 to extend in a downward direction in between the rebar, extendable sliders 7 to extend towards the rebar, cylindrical member 8 translated along the sliders 7 towards the rebar, extendable link 9 for jacketing rebar with the structures and motorized ball and socket joint 10 to rotate the bar for rotating the structure.
