Abstract: An adjustable pipe cutting device, comprising an elongated body 101 having a proximal and distal end, a handle arranged with the proximal end for acquiring a grip on the body 101, an imaging unit 102 determines positioning of distal end with respect to pipe, an ultrasonic sensor determines length of pipe, a touch interactive display panel 103 enabling user to select length of pipe to be cut, a pair of curved member to be positioned at evaluated length of the pipe, a cavity crafted on inner periphery of the members 105 for engaging a looped chain saw blade 107 in the cavity, a motorized gear 201 for tightening the blade 107, multiple sharp-edged wedges 202 integrated on the blade 107 for engaging tip of the wedges 202 on the pipe, and a motor to translate the blade 107 for cutting the pipe.
