Abstract: A frame assembly (100) for a panel (102) comprising a first frame member (104) having a locking unit (108) extending perpendicular to a first vertical member (202). A second frame member (106) having a counter locking unit (110) and at least one bump (112) adapted to facilitate easy mounting and de-mounting of said panel (102) from the frame assembly (100); The first frame member (104) and second frame member (106) are mechanically coupled via the locking unit (108) and the counter locking unit (110) to hold the panel (102) therebetween. The frame assembly (100) further includes at least one gasket that is placed detachably at a provision of both the first vertical member and the second vertical member each. The panel (102) is a glazing, wood, steel mesh, foam, wool, fibre, polymer, and display.
