Abstract: An adjustable food items carriage device, comprises of a circular ring-shaped body 101 worn on a user’s finger, an inflatable tube 102 to get inflated to securely get engaged on user’s finger, circular plate 103 having plurality of extendable structure accessed by the user to accommodate multiple food items over plate, an imaging unit 104 detects dimensions of the food, plurality of motorized hinges 105 for tilting plates towards/away from each other for modulating shape/ positioning of the plates for proper accommodation of food items over plate, a motorized circular slider 106 provides optimum movement to the plate along the slider for balancing the food items, and eliminating chances of falling of the accommodated food items from the plate, multiple motorized pin joints 108 deploy multiple flaps 107 around periphery of the plate resulting in formation of a protective boundary around plate and preventing the accommodated food items from slipping.
