Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable ergonomic footrest designed to enhance user comfort and promote physical activity while seated. The footrest comprises a footrest platform that supports the user's feet and is adjustable in angle through an adjustable angle mechanism with a locking mechanism for secure positioning. Integrated into the platform is a crank system that converts mechanical energy from foot movements into electrical energy, which is stored in a rechargeable battery. This energy can be used to power a massaging mechanism that provides an up-and-down motion to the user's foot and calf area, promoting muscle relaxation. Additionally, the system includes one or more output ports for charging external electronic devices, making it a multifunctional device. The crank system may include a dynamo, and the massaging mechanism features adjustable intensity settings. The footrest platform, made of durable materials, fits all foot sizes for universal use.
