Abstract: ABSTRACT An Adjustable Buccal Tube Parallel Alignment Guide is proposed as a novel orthodontic hand instrument designed to improve the precision and reproducibility of buccal tube placement during direct bonding procedures. Conventional buccal tube positioning relies primarily on visual estimation and operator experience, frequently resulting in angular discrepancies, rotational errors, improper parallelism with the occlusal plane, and repeated rebonding. Existing bracket positioning gauges primarily determine vertical height but do not provide guidance for maintaining buccal tube parallelism relative to adjacent teeth or the planned archwire path. The proposed invention consists of a reusable, autoclavable alignment guide incorporating an adjustable parallel reference arm, an occlusal reference platform, and a buccal tube holding slot. The guide permits simultaneous verification of vertical height, mesiodistal orientation, and buccal tube parallelism before adhesive curing. A graduated adjustment mechanism enables customization for different tooth sizes and occlusal anatomies while maintaining consistent alignment. Novelty resides in the integration of an adjustable parallel reference assembly with a buccal tube positioning guide capable of maintaining three-dimensional alignment during bonding. The invention minimizes bonding errors, reduces chairside adjustment time, improves firsttime placement accuracy, and enhances overall orthodontic treatment efficiency,
