Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable beverage sipping assistive device, comprising an elongated flexible tubular structure 101 developed to be dipped in a beverage container, a spiral shrinkable tube 102 attached at center portion of structure 101 that extend/retract by means of a piston arrangement 104 attached at each turn of spiral turn, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 installed on structure 101 for detecting open/close state of mouth portion of container, an angle sensor integrated on structure 101 and synced imaging unit 103 for determining angle of tip of structure 101 with respect to a user’s mouth, a motorized iris lid 106 integrated at tip of structure 101 that get open/close in a regulated manner for allowing passing of beverage through structure 101, a level sensor mounted on structure 101 for monitoring level of beverage stored in container.
