Abstract: An adhesive tape pressing device (1) and an adhesive tape pressing apparatus. The adhesive tape pressing device (1) comprises a guide member (11) and an abutting member (12); one end of the guide member (11) is provided with a plurality of guide portions (111) arranged at intervals, the guide portions (111) enclosing an inward-converging guide space (112); the abutting member (12) comprises a plurality of abutting portions (121) arranged at intervals, the plurality of abutting portions (121) enclosing an abutting space (123); the guide member (11) and the abutting member (12) are movable relative to each other. When a member to undergo adhesive tape pressing (6) is close to the adhesive tape pressing device (1), an adhesive tape (61) is guided inwards under the constraint of the guide space (112), and then the guide member (11) and the abutting member (12) move relative to each other, such that the adhesive tape (61) abuts against the abutting portions (121) to complete bending and adhesion of the adhesive tape (61). The adhesive tape pressing device (1) involves a simple structure and smooth movement and achieves high efficiency in adhesive tape pressing.
