MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611109881 A) filed by Ratnakar Radheyshyam Pandey on September 13, 2026, for Adaptive Zero-Trust Cloud Security System Using Continuous Behavioral Identity Verification And Dynamic Access Policies.

Inventor includes Ratnakar Radheyshyam Pandey.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: An adaptive zero-trust cloud security system is disclosed for continuously verifying identity continuity and modifying cloud access during an active authenticated session. The system acquires heterogeneous behavioral, device, network, session, workload, and cloud-control telemetry, evaluates provenance and freshness of the telemetry, and derives a behavioral identity representation over a rolling observation window. A continuous verification engine compares the representation with a protected reference profile to determine identity continuity, while a contextual risk fusion engine combines the continuity determination with telemetry confidence, session integrity, requested operation, and resource sensitivity to produce a resource-specific trust state. A dynamic policy synthesizer selects a graduated access state and issues a versioned, session-bound policy directive to distributed enforcement points. Hysteresis-controlled transitions, protected profile learning, monotonic policy sequencing, conditional privilege restoration, and tamper-evident decision tracing reduce session-hijacking exposure, policy oscillation, stale-policy replay, and behavioral-baseline poisoning while supporting both human and workload identities.
