Abstract: An adaptive workplace energy optimization system, comprising an inspection unit installed on the ceiling of each floor to monitor occupancy distribution, employee movement patterns, workspace utilization, and zone activity, employee distribution module, fetches data from the inspection unit to analyse occupancy information, a display unit 203 arranged on each of the offices 101 to display relocation recommendations, multiple motorized guiding rails 204 integrated on the ceiling of each floor, to translate and position a foldable barrier arrangement 205 to create enclosed workspaces around selected zones, a guiding unit 207 integrated on each of the floors 206 to provide directional indicators regarding relocation, and audio notifications for employee coordination, an electricity meter 208 integrated on each of the office floors 206 to continuously monitor real time power consumption, and a reinforcement AI engine fetches data from inspection units and electricity meters 208.
