MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611091089 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering And Technology Niet on July 27, 2026, for Adaptive Supply Chain Resilience Management System With Stress-Test And Resource Allocation.

Inventors include Dr Priyanka Malhotra; Dr. Ajay Kumar Gangele; and Dr Mohd Iftikhar Baig.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The Present invention relates to an adaptive supply chain resilience management system (100) and method are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a dynamic resilience index computation engine (120) that computes a tri-dimensional resilience index using entropy-based objective weighting, a stress-test simulation module (130) that executes Monte Carlo disruption simulations and cascading failure propagation analyses on synthetic disruption scenarios, an adaptive resource-allocation engine (140) that autonomously generates optimal reallocation plans using constraint-aware optimisation informed by both resilience scores and stress-test outcomes, a digital maturity gated threshold controller (150) that adapts system behaviour to enterprise digital readiness, and a feedback and continuous learning loop (160) that refines models via Bayesian updating. The closed-loop architecture enables proactive, autonomous, and self-improving supply chain resilience management.
