A hybrid energy harvesting system using kinetic and solar energy powers the electronic components through a rechargeable storage unit. An automatic dispensing lock ensures water release only after purification verification. The invention further includes optional UV-reflective surfaces, antimicrobial coatings, wireless communication, and self-maintenance sterilization features, providing an energy-efficient and autonomous solution for safe drinking water.
