Abstract: An adaptive roof-mounted solar panel protection, and cleaning device for a four-wheeler vehicle, comprising a frame 101 divided into multiple, a solar panel 103, a linear actuators 104 are to translate and angularly adjust the position of the solar panel 103 relative to the frame 101 for dynamically orienting the panels to capture maximum sunlight throughout the day, a motorized roller 105 wrapped with a flexible protective fiber sheet 106 to selectively deploy and retract the sheet for protection against environmental exposure, a motorized slider 107 to translate along a predetermined path and position an articulated arm 108, a gripping unit 109 at its distal end, the gripping unit 109 being to securely engage an edge portion of the protective fiber sheet 106.
