Abstract: An adaptive respiratory care system, comprising a housing 101 adapted to contain a medicament reservoir 201 stored with a therapeutic formulation in solid or liquid state, a pump 202 to mobilize the therapeutic formulation from the reservoir 201, a hand wearable member 102 integrated with a health sensing unit that continuously monitors cardiovascular fluctuations, blood oxygen saturation, and respiratory parameters prior to dispensing of the therapeutic formulation, an environment sensing means to continuously capture localized atmospheric pollutants and air quality indices in real time, a nozzle assembly 203 to disperse the therapeutic formulation into respirable particles through a mouthpiece 107 in fluid communication with the nozzle assembly 203, to direct the dispersed particles into the oral cavity of the patient, an inspection unit to conclusively evaluate inhalation velocity, exhalation urgency, lung clearance capacity, and biological distress, thereby validating the medication successfully penetrated lower respiratory tract or accumulated in upper airway.
