The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented adaptive privacy enforcement system and method for protecting privacy-sensitive information during browser- generated network communications. The invention intercepts network requests generated through browser networking interfaces, normalizes intercepted requests into a standardized representation, identifies privacy-sensitive attributes using a multi-layer detection engine, and generates a composite privacy risk profile. Based on the generated risk profile, a policy engine selectively sanitizes sensitive attributes through masking, anonymization, tokenization, hashing, generalization, substitution, or selective removal while preserving request structure and protocol compatibility. An advertisement functionality preservation module dynamically adjusts sanitization strategies to maintain compatibility with advertisement delivery infrastructures and legitimate web services. Reconstructed requests are transmitted through native browser networking interfaces, while runtime telemetry is continuously monitored to adaptively optimize future privacy enforcement strategies. The invention thereby enhances user privacy while maintaining communication integrity, webpage functionality, advertisement compatibility, and operational stability within modern web- based communication environments.
