Abstract: ABSTRACT ADAPTIVE MULTI-QOS AWARE RESOURCE ALLOCATION FRAMEWORK FOR DYNAMIC CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENTS The present invention discloses an Adaptive Multi-QoS Aware Resource Allocation (AMQ-RA) framework (100) for dynamic cloud computing environments. The framework (100) comprises a user interface module (110) for receiving computational tasks with associated QoS parameters, a QoS manager module (120) for extracting and validating latency, cost, and deadline parameters, a priority calculator module (130) for computing composite task priority values using a weighted inverse function Pi = w1(1/Li) + w2(1/Ci) + w3(1/Di), a task scheduler module (140) for sorting tasks by priority, a resource manager module (150) for allocating virtual machine resources from a cloud datacenter (160), and a monitoring module (170) for tracking execution and SLA compliance. The framework is characterized in that it simultaneously optimizes multiple QoS dimensions through configurable weight parameters, enabling adaptive and balanced resource allocation that dynamically responds to heterogeneous workloads while minimizing SLA violations and maximizing resource utilization efficiency in cloud computing environments.
