Abstract: Adaptive Multi-Modal Access Control System Using Behavioral Analysis and Score Fusion The present invention relates to an intelligent access control system for adaptive multi-modal authentication using biometric verification, behavioral analysis, and weighted dynamic score fusion. The system receives authentication inputs including facial image data, voice data, and personal identification number (PIN) data from a user and generates corresponding authentication confidence scores. A behavioral analysis module evaluates user access patterns including access timing, access frequency, repeated authentication attempts, and behavioral deviations to generate a behavioral anomaly score. A weighted dynamic score fusion module combines biometric authentication scores, PIN verification results, and behavioral anomaly scores to generate a final authentication score for access decision-making. An adaptive intelligence module performs contextual reasoning to refine authentication decisions and reduce false anomaly detection. The system further supports adaptive authentication threshold control, automated lockout, real-time alert generation, vacation mode security, and OTP-based recovery for secure and intelligent access management.
