Abstract: Adaptive Multi-Layer Self-Healing Knowledge Graph System with Autonomous Logical Conflict Isolation, Causal Consistency Scoring, and Regenerative Topology Reconstruction Engine. The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system for restoring consistency in a multi-layer knowledge graph. The system comprises a graph repository storing logical, semantic, causal, and integrity metadata layers, a conflict detector configured to identify inconsistent subgraphs, a causal evaluation module configured to determine repair priority based on causal dependency analysis, and a topology reconstruction module configured to generate modified subgraphs through node reassignment, edge redirection, or edge reweighting, followed by validation and reintegration into the knowledge graph. The invention enables structured restoration of graph consistency in machine-maintained graph environments. Reference: FIG. 1
