Abstract: The present invention provides an adaptive multi-agent artificial intelligence framework for autonomous decision making using context-aware deep neural networks. The framework receives heterogeneous information and generates a dynamic contextual representation using current, historical, temporal, environmental, and task- related information. Multiple specialized AI agents analyze the contextual representation, while an adaptive orchestration module dynamically selects and prioritizes agents according to contextual relevance, confidence, computational availability, and previous performance. Analytical outputs are exchanged and combined through a decision fusion mechanism that evaluates confidence, consistency, uncertainty, and operational constraints to generate an autonomous decision. An execution module performs a corresponding action, and a feedback mechanism evaluates the resulting outcome and adaptively modifies agent selection, contextual representations, model parameters, communication strategies, or decision-fusion parameters. The framework thereby provides context-sensitive, collaborative, and continuously adaptive autonomous decision making.
