Abstract: ABSTRACT: Adaptive Motion-Compensated Cargo Integrity and Dynamic Stability Prediction System This invention describes an adaptive motion-compensated cargo intelligence system for transport vehicles, configured to reconstruct static-equivalent cargo load during dynamic operating conditions. The system processes distributed load data and motion parameters to eliminate inertial disturbances caused by acceleration, braking, turning, and terrain variations. Corrected load values are utilized to continuously estimate cargo center-of-gravity and compute a dynamic stability index for predictive rollover risk assessment. The invention further analyzes time-series micro-delta weight variations in conjunction with contextual parameters, including geo-location and operational state, to generate a cargo integrity risk index for detecting theft, tampering, or abnormal cargo behavior. The system incorporates autonomous baseline recalibration, geo-contextual validation, multi-parameter event classification, and prioritized communication of alerts. The invention provides an integrated computational framework for real-time cargo monitoring, enhancing transport safety, reducing false alerts, and improving cargo accountability across logistics and fleet management applications.
