Abstract: TITLE: ADAPTIVE MODULAR PEG REHABILITATION SYSTEM WITH INTERCHANGEABLE CARTRIDGES AND PHYSIOLOGICAL FEEDBACK INTEGRATION APPLICANT: MEENAKSHI ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an adaptive modular peg rehabilitation apparatus comprising a base board having peg-receiving sockets, interchangeable peg cartridges, a detachable electronic monitoring module, and a stabilization frame. The sockets are arranged in selectable configurations and receive the cartridges through releasable locking bases. Each cartridge comprises a patient-interaction portion, a stem portion, a functional mechanism, and a protective casing, wherein the functional mechanism selectively provides sensory stimulation, graded resistance, magnetic resistance, vibratory stimulation, cognitive-motor cues, or lower-limb and balance rehabilitation. Removable surface plates permit interchangeable socket arrangements, while removable sleeves enable adjustment of cartridge dimensions. The monitoring module records insertion force, removal force, reaction time, task duration, repetition count, and movement consistency, integrates physiological data from external devices, and provides adaptive feedback for modifying rehabilitation difficulty. The stabilization frame provides adjustable positioning of the base board in horizontal, inclined, or vertical configurations, thereby enabling progressive and customizable rehabilitation across sensory, motor, cognitive, and balance domains.
