Abstract: ABSTRACT I The present invention proposes an adaptive medical image encryption framework using hyperchaotic system dynamics and hypergraph grammar rewriting. Medical images are transformed into hypergraph structures and recursively evolved using adaptive graph grammar production rules controlled by a five-dimensional hyperchaotic system. The evolving graph topology generates adaptive pixel permutation, graph-derived keystreams, and diffusion operations for secure medical image encryption. The proposed invention provides topologyaware region-sensitive encryption suitable for MRT, CT, PET, and telemedicine imaging systems while improving randomness, entropy evolution, and resistance against statistical and differential cryptographic attacks
