The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: An adaptive kinematic process orchestration platform (100) for manufacturing polymer liners (207) of Type 3.5, Type IV and Type V composite pressure cylinders comprises a modular multi-axis processing architecture incorporating a base frame (101), a thermal enclosure (102), a modular mould carrier (107) and a spherical coordinate drive enabling coordinated radial, polar and azimuthal motion. A radial actuator (117) adaptively varies the effective radius of gyration during processing, while a predictive stability regulation system comprising a balancing controller (125), vibration sensor (134) and movable balance weight (123) maintains real-time dynamic equilibrium. A life controller (140) employing a predictive model (141) continuously monitors process variables and adaptively regulates heating, cooling, internal air pressure, motion trajectory and balancing to improve wall-thickness uniformity, dimensional accuracy and residual stress control. A modular extension (160) enables fabrication of elongated liners
