Abstract: An adaptive hydraulic sanitation structure (AHSS) system (100) incorporates a base foundation and anchor system (10), providing stability for the movable lifting platform, which supports a superstructure (18) containing a latrine module. A plurality of hydraulic actuators (12), powered by hydraulic power unit (40), raise and lower the lifting platform under guidance from vertical guide rails (14). A sensor unit, encompassing environmental level sensor (20) and floodwater level sensor (60), continuously monitors water levels, transmitting data to the logic controller (30), determining displacement requirements and issues control signals. Waste management is maintained through reinforced flexible riser (14A), vacuum seal interface (14B), dual-check valve assembly (50), and fixed subterranean waste interface (52). Autonomous operation is supported by solar photovoltaic array (16), while a user interface provides alerts and manual inputs. Safety retention mechanisms with hydraulic brake valves, mechanical brakes, and dog-locking systems secure the superstructure (18) during power or pressure loss.
