Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: Adaptive Hybrid Dual-Axis Solar Tracking System for Enhanced Photovoltaic Energy Capture The invention relates to a hybrid dual-axis solar tracking system for automatically orienting a solar photovoltaic panel (10) toward an optimum solar-facing direction. The system comprises a solar photovoltaic panel (10), a plurality of LDR sensors (12), a microcontroller (14), a sun-position calculation algorithm (16), a motor driver (18), an azimuth motor (20), an elevation motor (22), a dual-axis mechanical structure (24), a charge controller (28), a battery (30), and a power supply path (32). The LDR sensors (12) detect differential sunlight intensity, while the microcontroller (14) combines sensor feedback with a calculated solar-position reference generated by the algorithm (16). The microcontroller (14) controls the motor driver (18) to operate the azimuth motor (20) and elevation motor (22), thereby continuously correcting horizontal and vertical panel orientation. The system improves solar-energy utilization and is suitable for small-scale, rural, standalone and off-grid photovoltaic applications. Figure-1
