Abstract: ABSTRACT: Adaptive Fuel Integrity Authentication and Transaction Verification System for Vehicles This invention describes an adaptive, computer-implemented fuel integrity authentication and transaction verification system for vehicles. The system independently verifies fuel quantity and quality during refueling by utilizing real-time flow measurement, density sensing, and temperature-based density compensation. A processing unit computes corrected fuel mass and cross-validates dispensed fuel volume with expected tank-level variation derived from tank geometry modeling to detect short filling. The system further identifies fuel adulteration by analyzing deviations from standard density-temperature characteristics. A Fuel Transaction Signature is generated based on flow waveform and density behavior, and a Fuel Integrity Score is computed using multi-parameter anomaly evaluation. The system also monitors post-refueling fuel-level changes to detect unauthorized fuel removal. Transaction data and anomaly indicators may be transmitted to a remote platform for distributed fraud analytics and cross-vehicle pattern recognition, thereby providing an independent, reliable, and scalable framework for fuel transaction authentication.
