Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: ADAPTIVE FILTERING AND AI FOR PERSONALIZED MYALGIA MUSCLE THERAPY The titled invention discloses an adaptive and artificial intelligence-based system for personalized myalgia muscle therapy and rehabilitation. The system comprises surface electromyography (sEMG) electrodes and an AD8232 sensor module (1) for acquiring muscle activity signals, an Arduino UNO microcontroller (3) for processing, and a Least Mean Squares (LMS) adaptive filter for reducing noise and motion artifacts. Features including Root Mean Square (RMS), Mean Absolute Value (MAV), and Mean Frequency (MNF) are extracted from filtered sEMG signals and processed using a Random Forest classifier to detect muscle fatigue levels. Based on the detected fatigue level, the system determines personalized Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) parameters (7) including frequency, pulse width, intensity, and duration. A display (5) and keypad (4) facilitate parameter visualization and patient session identification. The system further incorporates cloud-based data storage and remote monitoring for longitudinal rehabilitation assessment. The invention enables objective muscle-condition monitoring and automated, individualized TENS parameter recommendation for myalgia rehabilitation. Figure – 1
