Abstract: Abstract: The Adaptive Distributed Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment and Exploitation Validation System presented in this work is designed to perform scalable security assessment across large network infrastructures containing hundreds or thousands of computing systems. The system utilizes a distributed architecture in which multiple autonomous scanning agents are deployed across different network segments and coordinated by a central orchestration engine. This adaptive orchestration dynamically allocates scanning tasks based on network topology, workload, and system availability, enabling efficient vulnerability assessment while reducing scan time and network overhead. Each scanning agent performs localized security analysis to identify exposed services, software vulnerabilities, and configuration weaknesses. The system further incorporates an exploitation validation mechanism that performs controlled proof-of-concept verification of detected vulnerabilities to confirm practical exploitability and reduce false positives. Verified vulnerability events are securely transmitted to a centralized monitoring interface where findings are aggregated, time-stamped, and prioritized for remediation. By combining distributed scanning, adaptive task allocation, and automated exploitation validation, the system provides an efficient and scalable approach for vulnerability assessment in large-scale enterprise network environments.
