Abstract: Abstract Adaptive Closed-Loop Refrigerator Monitoring and Energy Optimization System The present invention discloses an adaptive closed-loop refrigerator monitoring and energy optimization system configured for intelligent real-time monitoring, predictive fault detection, and adaptive operational optimization of refrigeration appliances. The system comprises a processing controller integrated with temperature, ambient light, current, and voltage sensing modules for continuously acquiring environmental and electrical operating parameters. A multi-sensor fusion engine correlates thermal conditions, door-opening events, compressor behavior, voltage fluctuations, and energy consumption characteristics to identify inefficient operating states and abnormal appliance conditions. The invention further incorporates adaptive threshold generation, behavioral learning, predictive analytics, and cloud-connected IoT monitoring for generating intelligent alerts, appliance health indices, and energy optimization recommendations. The system operates as a non-intrusive retrofit-compatible architecture without requiring modification of internal refrigeration circuitry, thereby improving refrigeration efficiency, reducing energy wastage, and enabling predictive maintenance through adaptive closed-loop operational intelligence.
