MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611079066 A) filed by Swami Vivekanand College Of Pharmacy on June 26, 2026, for Adaptive Bulk Material Distribution System For Freeze-Dryer Loading.
Inventors include Ms. Eshna Bhatt; Ms. Vandana Devi; Ms. Bhawna Suryavanshi; Ms. Raj Bala; and Dr. Prince Manta.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed adaptive bulk material distribution system (100) comprises a transfer frame (102) and a transfer mechanism (104) movably supported by the transfer frame (102). The transfer mechanism (104) comprises a material input port (106), a flow control valve (108), a movable positioning element (110), and a material outlet opening (112) arranged to discharge bulk material toward a freeze-dryer chamber. The system further comprises a sensing unit (114) configured to generate spatial data, material-flow data, position-verification data, and density data. The system further comprises a chamber mapping unit (116) configured to generate a chamber occupancy map based on the data generated by the sensing unit (114). The system further comprises a positioning control unit (118) operatively connected to the chamber mapping unit (116). The movable positioning element (110) is configured to move in response to the positioning instruction and position the material outlet opening (112) at the target placement location. FIG. 1 is the reference figure.
