The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The titled invention discloses an adaptive Bluetooth mesh communication system for 5 modular helmet applications. The system comprises a helmet-mountable enclosure (1), an audio capture module (2), a voice-frequency isolation module (3), a Bluetooth mesh communication module (4), an audio output module (5), a microcontroller unit (6), a power and control module (7), and a mounting interface (8). The audio capture module acquires voice signals, which are processed through analog and digital filtering 10 stages within the voice-frequency isolation module to improve speech intelligibility in high-noise environments. The microcontroller unit processes the filtered voice information and enables wireless communication through the Bluetooth mesh communication module. The system supports adaptive route selection, multi-hop communication, relay-based transmission, and self-healing network operation among 15 multiple communication nodes. Received voice information is reproduced through the audio output module. The compact helmet-mounted configuration enables reliable real-time group communication for users operating in industrial, construction, delivery, tactical, and field environments.
