Inventors include Dr D Rasi; and Akash A.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: This project presents a browser-based ransomware detection system that performs pre- The present invention proposes an adaptive cyber risk assessment system that dynamically evaluates and prioritizes organizational digital assets using a Bayesian Network based probabilistic framework. The system integrates vulnerability severity indicators, threat likelihood metrics, and exploit success probability to compute posterior compromise risk for each asset. Unlike traditional static scoring approaches, the proposed system models dependency relationships between security parameters and continuously updates risk levels upon arrival of new threat evidence. The framework automatically ranks assets based on contextual risk and supports proactive mitigation planning. The modular architecture enables integration with enterprise monitoring environments, thereby providing scalable and evidence-driven cybersecurity decision support.
