Abstract: TITLE: ADAPTIVE AI-DRIVEN MILK OVERFLOW PREDICTION AND AUTOMATIC HEAT REGULATION SYSTEM APPLICANT: MEENAKSHI ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an adaptive intelligent milk overflow prediction and automatic heat regulation system for monitoring milk during heating, predicting an impending overflow condition, and automatically regulating heating intensity in real time. The system comprises a smart cooking vessel fitted with a weight sensor and a plurality of sensors, including a temperature sensor, an ultrasonic milk level sensor, an infrared foam detection sensor, and a steam sensor, along with an artificial intelligence (AI) processing unit, a machine learning engine, a heat regulation controller, a cooking appliance interface, a user notification module, a communication module, and a cloud database. The AI processing unit continuously receives sensor data, while the machine learning engine analyzes temperature rise, foam expansion, milk level increase, steam generation, vessel capacity, and ambient conditions to predict overflow before it occurs. Based on this prediction, the heat regulation controller automatically reduces or restores heating intensity, while stored heating-cycle data enables continuous learning, providing predictive overflow prevention, reduced spillage, and minimal user intervention.
