Abstract: An adaptable walking assistive device for children comprising of a T-shaped telescopic frame having a first and second portion 103, a pair of bidirectional wheel 113 s are attached on each side of the first portion 102 for allowing movement to the frame 101 on a ground surface, a rectangular panel 104 attached with the second portion 103 to maneuver the frame 101 over the surface, a pair of L-shaped telescopic links 105 attached with the panel 104 and integrated with a curved-shape extendable member 106, for positioning the member 106 in contact with the child, an imaging unit 107 installed on the member 106 for capturing and processing multiple images of the surroundings, a motorized drawer arrangement 108 integrated within the members 106 to extend and retract for clasping the child’s waist securely, a gyroscope installed on the frame to detect the movement and orientation of the child during.
