Abstract: An adaptable waist exercising device comprises of a curved-shaped body 101 constructed with plurality of curved-shaped extendable plates 102 developed to be positioned at a lower back portion of a user, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 configured on the body 101 to detect dimensions of the waist portion, plurality of motorized hinges 105 configured between the plates 102 for tilting the plates 102 towards/away to provide support to the user’s back portion, U-shaped members 106 configured with free-ends of the body 101 that is accessed by the user for engaging a weights over the members 106, a PPG to continuously monitor user’s breathing patterns while lifting weights, a dolorimeter sensor mounted on the body 101 to measure pressure and assess pain sensitivity around the user’s waist portion, and a pair of inverted T-shaped telescopic links 107 to provide stability and support to the user.
