Abstract: An adaptable toothbrush holding and oral hygiene assistive device comprising a J-shaped body 101 accommodating a toothbrush and worn over user’s palm portion having a strap 102 attached with a motorized roller 103 for securing body 101 around palm portion, an imaging unit 104 installed on body 101 to determine presence of handle of toothbrush, a clamp 105 to grip toothbrush handle toothbrush, a slider 106 mounted in between body 101 and clamp 105 for providing linear reciprocatory movement to brush, a first robotic arm 107 installed on body 101 with a cloth for wiping away detected foam, a second robotic arm 108 installed on body 101 with a V- shaped clamping unit for removing food particle from teeth, an electronic nozzle attached with a chamber storing water and installed on body 101 for spraying an optimum amount of water over user’s teeth for assisting user in brushing.
