Abstract: An adaptable seating assistive device, comprising a pair of U-shaped frames 101 positioned on a ground surface installed with a seating unit 102 for allowing a user to sit and installed with a pair of cushioned platforms 103 for allowing the user to rest knees, an inflatable member 104 equipped over the seating unit 102 for providing seating comfort to the user, an imaging unit 105 mounted on one of the frames 101 for detecting height of the user, a pair of telescopically operated links 106 configured between the seating unit 102 for positioning the seating unit 102 at a suitable height, a microphone 107 positioned on one of the frames 101 for enabling the user to give voice commands, a cushioned plate 108 installed with the frames 101 via a pair of bars 109 for positioning the cushioned plate 108 towards the user’s back to support the user’s back.
