Abstract: An adaptable rescue device for waterbody, comprising a circular inflatable tube 101 that is accessed by a user for launching tube 101 on surface of a waterbody, a pneumatic unit configured with tube 101 to inflate tube 101 for maintaining floating state of tube 101 on surface of waterbody, an imaging unit 102 installed on tube 101 and in sync with a SONAR (sound navigation and ranging) module 103 to determine location of a victim drowning in waterbody, multiple telescopically operated rods 104 arranged on peripheral portion of tube 101 to get extended for positioning a flap 105 assembled with rods 104 in waterbody, a motorized ball and socket joint 106 provide angular movement to flap 105 against waterbody to reach determined location, a multi-sectioned container 107 integrated with multiple electronically controlled nozzles 108 that dispense a particular fragrant solution stored in container 107 in waterbody.
