Abstract: An adaptable plastic-wrapping assistive device for utensils, comprises of a platform 101 having multiple suction cups 102 that adheres to the platform 101 for securing the platform 101 on surface, a microphone 103 enables a user to provide input voice commands for activating/deactivating the device, an imaging unit 104 determines dimensions of the utensil, a motorized roller 105 coiled with transparent sheet, rotates for unwrapping sheet, pair of motorized grippers 106 acquires grip of ends of the unwrapped sheet, a pair of motorized sliders 107 provides translation to the roller 105 for laying the evaluated length sheet on the platform 101, a telescopically operated link 109 extends for increasing height of roller 105 till top portion of accommodated utensil, a robotic link 111 moves an air blower 110 to provide hot air blow for sealing the ends of the laid sheet for wrapping the utensil.
