Abstract: An adaptable plant residues removal assistive device, comprising an elongated body 101 positioned in proximity to a plant residue located on a ground surface, a microphone 103 integrated in the body 101 for enabling the user to provide input voice commands for removing the plant residues, an imaging unit 104 integrated in the body 101 to determine distance of the surface from distal end, an extendable rod integrated with the body 101 to extend/retract for positioning the distal end over the plant residue, a circular disc 105 installed with the body 101 via an extendable link to extend/retract for positioning the disc 105 behind the plant residue for supporting the body 101 on the surface, a pair of L-shaped plates 106 installed on the distal end and interconnected by means of a motorized pivot joint for providing converging/diverging movement to the plates 106 for gripping the plant residue.
