Abstract: An adaptable pillow holding and posture correction device comprising a circular-shaped body 101 constructed with plurality of curved-shaped extendable plates 102 configured with bed having L-shaped plate 103 to grip bed side rail or beneath mattress, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to detect dimensions of pillow accommodated over plate, multiple hinges 105 configured between extendable plates 102 for tilting plates 102 for securing pillow over body 101, multiple pressure sensor to detect pressure applied by user’s back and head portion over pillow, multiple pop-out balls 106 to rearrange positioning of pillow for providing comfortable experience, multiple electromagnetic springs 107 integrated in between plate 103 and body 101 to tilt plate 103 towards user’s back portion for maintaining an upright posture, a rectangle-shaped flap 108 attached with body 101 via a motorized pivot joint to form a barricade over mid portion of plate 103 for accommodation of two- individuals over pillow.
